MacKenzie House’s focus on senior living recognizes the dramatic

Senior Living Division is rapidly developing a portfolio of two
very unique and distinct products along the Front Range of Colorado
and in Missouri: MacKenzie Place Senior Campuses and Morningstar
Assisted Living Communities. Both are characterized by their
exceptional infill locations, a wide selection of housing options,
innovative design, resort-style amenities and a commitment to excellent
service and a high quality of life.
MacKenzie Place Senior Campuses: Each continuing
care MacKenzie Place campus is designed as a resort-style community
providing a full array of concierge services and lifestyle amenities
as well as housing options that include for-sale cottages and condominiums
in addition to Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care
rental apartments. Each campus is managed by Leisure Care, LLC,
an innovative leader in independent and assisted senior living
communities that feature a “Five-Star Fun” lifestyle.
MorningStar Assisted Living Communities: These
communities are setting an entirely new standard for service-enriched
senior living providing both Assisted Living and Memory Care rental
options. All MorningStar Assisted Living communities are operated
by Denver-based MorningStar Senior Living, led by Ken Jaeger. Prior to forming MorningStar Senior Living in 2002, Mr. Jaeger was the VP of Operations for the Western Division of Sunrise Senior Living and brings with him twenty years of operational experience in the senior housing industry. |
