Maritt E. Bird - Sales and Marketing Manager

Ms. Bird is the Sales & Marketing Manager for MacKenzie House. Maritt recently served as the on‐site Sales Executive for MacKenzie House’s successful townhome project, 24 Walnut. Since the completion of the project, Maritt has joined the internal Sales and Marketing team for the Company. She is responsible for supporting the sales efforts of MacKenzie House’s for‐sale division and senior campuses as well as coordinating investor reporting and managing closings. Maritt is also an integral part of establishing Homeowner’s Associations at communities developed by the Company.

Prior to joining MacKenzie House, Maritt worked as an on‐site Sales Representative for Morrison Homes. Before transitioning into real estate, she had a successful track record in IT sales with GE Access and mortgage lending with Centex Home Equity.

The mountains drew Maritt from California to attend the University of Colorado, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Leeds School of Business. Maritt obtained her Colorado Real Estate License from Jones College. Maritt has resided in Denver for seven years.
