Kristi S. Budish - Vice President

Ms. Budish is a versatile project manager with experience in a multitude of disciplines. She has been with MacKenzie House since 2003 and has served the company in a variety of roles. Her current projects include high-end single family development, apartments and senior housing, where she is the project manager of MacKenzie Place Ridgegate, a senior living community in Lone Tree, Colorado. Kristi was formerly with Equity Residential (“EQR”) where she performed a variety of functions including Development Coordinator, Property Manager, and Senior Budget Analyst. As a member of EQR’s Asset Management team, she was responsible for acquisition/disposition analysis and project management on numerous divisional projects.

Kristi is a graduate of the University of Colorado and a trained Paralegal. Originally from Minnesota, she has called Colorado home since 1987. She lives in Centennial with her husband, Chris, and their two daughters.
