Daniel B. Judd - Vice President

Mr. Judd is a Project Manager in the Senior Living Division. While at MacKenzie House, Dan has worked as project manager on multiple senior living projects including Morningstar Littleton, Morningstar Applewood and both the Union and Oakridge MacKenzie Place Campuses. Dan has more than nine years of experience in various facets of the real estate industry including single family residential, multi-family residential, mixed use urban in-fill, office, and retail.

Prior to joining MacKenzie House, Dan owned a general contracting firm focused on commercial tenant finish and was a Project Manager for Post Properties, Inc., a Real Estate Investment Trust based in Atlanta, GA. In this position Dan provided oversight for the construction of two mixed use urban in-fill communities located in Phoenix, AZ and Denver, CO comprising over $150 million of mixed use assets.

Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Project Management degree from the University of Phoenix and a Masters of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. Dan currently lives in Denver.
