| Susan C. Donahue - Director of Human Resources
Ms. Donahue is responsible for all Human Resource functions at MacKenzie House. She helps coordinate and develop best practice policies and procedures in the areas of recruitment, performance appraisals, employee communications, benefits and
payroll. Susan also supervises and manages the Company’s administrative team.
Ms. Donahue has over 16 years of administration experience with nearly six years working directly in Human Resources. Prior to joining MacKenzie House, Susan worked as the HR Manager for CreditRetriever, a resident screening company that provided services to more than 1,000 apartment owners and managers. As one of the first employees on the CreditRetriever team, she was involved in all phases of taking a small company from 4 to 75 employees. She was with CreditRetriever from its founding in 2000 until the company was acquired by TransUnion in 2004.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida, Susan moved to Colorado in 1998. She now lives in Parker with her husband, Chalmer, and their two daughters.
