Janet T. Pinkul - Corporate Controller

Ms. Pinkul has served as MacKenzie House’s Corporate Controller since 2005. Her responsibilities include various aspects of corporate accounting, consolidating financial statements, forecasting and treasury management. Janet also supervises and manages the Company’s insurance program. In this role she is responsible for identifying exposures, policy placement and maintenance, project operations coverage ranging from land acquisition through construction, and all coverage for corporate operations insurance.

Janet has twenty-five years of broad finance and accounting experience in the fields of real estate development, construction, property management and medical device research and development. Her background includes all areas of accounting, loan placement, lender and investor relations, and risk management. Janet’s expertise is comprised of the following areas of real estate development: apartments, condominiums, high-end luxury homes, affordable housing, office, retail and industrial.

A Colorado native who has had the pleasure of living on both coasts, Janet is pleased to once again make Colorado her home.
