Timothy C. Yeager - Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Yeager oversees each of the Company’s product divisions as well as Design and Construction Management, Sales and Marketing and Human Resources. As the individual responsible for execution of the Company’s strategy, he works directly with the Division Leaders to ensure that their projects are completed on time and on budget while upholding MacKenzie House’s quality standards.

 Tim has nearly 20 years of experience in various facets of the real estate industry encompassing residential, office and retail. Prior to joining MacKenzie House, he founded CreditRetriever, an applicant screening company that provides services to more than 2,000 multifamily owner/managers. Before CreditRetriever, Tim was an Assistant Vice President with Equity Residential Properties Trust, where he worked in the Acquisitions group. During his time with EQR, he was responsible for the acquisition of over $200 million in multifamily assets. Prior to his time at EQR, he served as an Assistant Vice President with Security Capital Atlantic, Inc. (a precursor to Archstone-Smith). In that role, he worked in asset management, property management and transactions. Tim also worked as a project manager for Perpetual Real Estate Services, Inc., an organization that formed joint venture partnerships with builders and developers of PUD’s, for-sale residential communities, office properties and retail centers.

Tim is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. He earned a Bachelors of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Masters of International Business Studies from the University of South Carolina. He lives in Greenwood Village with his wife, Whitney, and their three children.
