Troy D. Quimby - Chief Accounting Officer

Mr. Quimby is the Chief Accounting Officer for the Company and is responsible for, financial reporting, treasury management, transaction processing, 1031 exchanges, tax returns and all aspects of the accounting department.

Troy has over 16 years of accounting experience, including four years with Bauerle and Company, a mid-size CPA firm that specializes in construction and real estate development clients. He has over twelve years of accounting experience in real estate including multifamily, hospitality, commercial and construction. Prior to joining MacKenzie House, Troy was the Controller of The Feld Company. He also spent two years at Wellsford Residential as a Senior Accountant. He has a wide range of experience from launching small start-up companies to working for large public REIT’s.

Troy is a graduate of the University of Colorado and a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado. He lives in Littleton with his wife, Sabine.
