| Charles G. Gee - Executive Vice President – Acquisitions
 Mr. Gee is the Director of Acquisitions for MacKenzie House. He is responsible for site identification, evaluation, underwriting and due diligence activities associated with all forward development projects.
Charles has over 15 years experience in real estate marketing, sales, management and development. Prior to joining MacKenzie House, Charles owned and managed 40North, a real estate brokerage and consulting firm that specialized in investment syndication and development services. Charles orchestrated the successful acquisition and capitalization of Legato, an ultra-luxury resort project in Baja California Sur, Mexico. Charles also served as Vice President & Director of Client Service for Westpeak Global Advisors, an institutional quantitative money management firm with world-wide account relationships including multiple Fortune 100 corporations and pension funds. He started his career as a commercial real estate broker at Gibbons-White, Inc. specializing in landlord representation, property management and construction supervision. As a broker, Charles was consistently recognized as a top producer in the Boulder / Denver metro market. Charles continued to expand his real estate expertise by handling multiple high-profile industrial and office build-to-suit transactions.
Charles studied Economics at the University of Colorado, Boulder, holds a Real Estate Brokers License and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. A Colorado native, Charles lives in downtown Boulder with his wife Christine.
