Mr. Rotunda Serves as a leader of the Design and Construction Management Division and Manager of MacKenzie House’s Kansas City office. His is responsible for overall operations in Kansas City and St. Louis managing project development and construction operations.

Sandy has 33 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate development and construction management. His extensive experience, knowledge, and leadership skills in the real estate development and construction industries are a key contributor to the success of MacKenzie House’ projects. While managing with an understanding of the big picture, Sandy has the ability and experience to get into the detail taking a hands on approach to solving complex issues at any point of a project.

Before joining MacKenzie House, Mr. Rotunda owned and managed Capitol Builders, a construction management company, providing owner representative services to some of Denver’s most prominent developers. Prior to Capitol Builders, Mr. Rotunda worked for some of the nation’s largest general contractors serving as Director of Preconstruction Services, Business Development and Marketing, Operations Manager, Sr. Project Manager and General Superintendent.

Sandy has four children and currently resides in Kansas City, Missouri.
