Stacy B. Crowder - Vice President

Mr. Crowder manages and supervises vertical construction of MacKenzie House’s multifamily construction projects. He is also responsible for technical support of estimating, value engineering and scheduling. Stacy's early involvement in the project allows us to improve the timing and costs necessary to launch the projects and build them on time and on budget. He has a thorough knowledge of mechanical, electrical, structural and telecommunication systems. During his time with MacKenzie House, Stacy has performed construction management services on 46 Washington, 45 Madison, MorningStar Littleton, Morningstar Applewood and MacKenzie Place Union.

Stacy brings 10 years of hands-on construction experience with large general contractor/construction management organizations. His experience involves both multifamily and commercial projects. Before joining the Company, Stacy was Assistant Project Manager for the 24-month construction of the Manhattan, a MacKenzie House/Greystar 266-unit apartment building in Downtown Denver. Prior to Greystar, Stacy managed construction projects for DRP, Inc. and The Beck Group, including fabrication plants, office buildings, parking structures, and telecommunication facilities in Colorado and Texas.

Stacy is a graduate of Texas A&M with a BS in Construction Science. He lives in Castle Rock, Colorado with his wife, Holly, and their daughter.
