John C. Rauscher - Director of Customer Care

As the Director of Customer Care, Mr. Rauscher manages the relationship with our homeowners after they have purchased one of our homes. He is responsible for all facets of the warranty process and ensures that MacKenzie House provides a high level of customer service.

Prior to joining MacKenzie House, John was the Regional Production Manager for Jubilee Home Solutions, a remodeling company with a focus on bathrooms and kitchens. At Jubilee he led the production team in new market development and was accountable for approximately 1,200 remodeling projects in Denver, Dallas and Minneapolis. John’s other construction experience includes coordinating the installation of telecommunications equipment into data centers across the county for RELERA Internet Centers and Solutions.

John received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Colorado – Denver. He currently lives in Denver with his wife, Colleen, and their daughter.
