DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION
MacKenzie House’s largest internal team is its Design and Construction Management Group. We have made a strategic commitment to this area of our business as this division’s expertise enables us to ensure high quality construction and innovative designs. Additionally, this group strives to accurately estimate the cost of our varied building types and supervise third party general contractors to achieve buildings constructed on time and on budget.

SALES & MARKETING
The Company embraces an in-house sales and marketing strategy. This approach empowers the sales teams to focus on MacKenzie House developments with the goal of exceeding customer expectations. Each sales executive has extensive knowledge of the Company and their community and is an integral component of the MacKenzie House ownership culture. In the shifting seas of for–sale housing, a dedicated team with complete access to senior sales management allows MacKenzie House to maximize its responsiveness to the customer with the end goal of the building communities filled with satisfied homeowners.

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
The Finance and Accounting Team is responsible for capital procurement, banking and investor relationships, long-term capital planning, and oversight of all financial and accounting activities. In addition, this group processes millions of dollars of monthly receipts and payments, while delivering institutional quality and timely reporting to our lenders and investors.

ACQUISITIONS & DISPOSITIONS
The MacKenzie House Acquisitions Team is comprised of specialized professionals whose primary responsibility is to keep the land pipeline filled for our four product divisions. This group utilizes an intimate knowledge of land in our target markets to acquire the best sites available versus waiting to purchase after a market has been discovered. This proactive strategy requires extensive networking, constant attention, and a patient approach in order to maximize our future success.
