MacKenzie House is focused on apartment development efforts in the
Country Club Plaza district of Kansas City and along the Front Range of Colorado. The Company believes there is an opportunity to bolster this product
division due to supply/demand imbalances in these target markets. Prior
to starting MacKenzie House, company President Don MacKenzie
acquired, developed, managed and sold more than 25,000 rental units. By
applying a narrow, patient strategy and seeking prime locations that
are difficult to duplicate, we are now positioned to provide enduring
value in recovering Colorado Front Range markets as well as throughout
the Kansas City metro area.
